Our main products including: Mufflers, Tips, Mandrel Tubes, Down-pipes, Manifolds, Headers, Clamps, Flanges, O2 Sensors, Sheet Metals, CNC components and etc..3. How can we guarantee the quality?All goods were be manufactured strictly according to the standards of IATF 16949: 2016, QC would check the goods based on drawings, fixtures & jigs. At the same time, Samples always be send to customers for testing and confirmation. Production would be moved forward as the stocking sample which was made with the ones what send to customers. 4. Can we make as per customers drawings and specification?Yes, We always make production according to customers' request, Like develop the new projects as per 2D & 3D files. Correctly duplicated the samples as the original ones from customers.5. What's the lead time from offering to delivering?We always offer the prices within 1-2 days once get the information of goods from customers;Samples for muffler and tip and mandrel tube would be 25-30 days once the offer be confirmed;Samples for complicated ones like headers, manifolds, down-pipes would be 35-40 days once offer be confirmed;Sample for simple ones like clamps, hangers, sensors, flanges and components would be 5-10 days once offer be confirmed.Mass Production for muffler and tip and mandrel tube would be 40-45 days once samples be approved.Mass Production for headers, manifolds, down-pipes would be 55-60 days once samples be approved.Mass Production for clamps, hangers, sensors, flanges and components would be 20-25 days once samples be approved.6. What's the payment terms?For new business, 20%-30% of the total goods charge should be paid by T/T before production, Balance would be paid at sight once the goods be ready for ship. However, Further terms is negotiable alone with the friendly cooperation of business.7. How could we do to the surface of products' ? The goods could be mirror polished, brushed finished, satin finished and even painting, Customers' LOGO (engraved or laser marking) on the goods is available as well. 8. How about the shipping?Goods could be shipped by whatever sea, air, train. Terms always based on FOB Shanghai, China. EXW, CFR, CIF or even DDP is available too. The time to ship from China to America always be 30-35 days, To Europe market always be 40-45 days, To Oceania market always 20-25 days. 9. What's the MOQ of the goods?For the ones we have it in stocking, There has no MOQ requested. But customized ones, MOQ always be 50-100pcs. 10.
