R PRO 30

BEST RUBBER FOR MOLDS: Mix ratio 1:1, Molds made with R PRO 30 are very rigid, last a long time and are excellent for casting resins, wax, plaster, cement and other materials.
HIGH PERFORMANCE: R PRO 30 silicone rubber faithfully copies even the smallest details allowing you to make 20% more castings than other silicone rubbers and the molds have no linear shrinkage. Pot life: 45 minutes - Hardening time: 4 hours. It is a very fluid rubber that guarantees easy mixing without having to be degassed with vacuum machines.
HARDNESS: The catalysed rubber allows for the creation of very rigid (30 shore) and very elastic molds with a high resistance to tearing.
MOLD PERFORMANCE: The physical life of the mold depends on how it is used (cast materials, frequency, etc.). Casting abrasive materials such as concrete can quickly erode mold detail, while casting non-abrasive materials (wax) does not affect mold detail. Before storing, the mold should be cleaned with a soap solution and dried completely. In the case of a bivalve mould, assemble the two parts of the mould.
NOTE: sulfur-based plasticine is NOT compatible and can inhibit the catalysis of R PRO rubbers.
