Component Introduction

Servo motor
High precision: realized closed-loop control of position, speed, and torque;
Fast speed: good operation performance, rated speed can reach 2000~3000 revolutions;
Adaptability: strong overload resistance,can withstand three times the rated torque load.

Load cells
High precision: high measurement accuracy;
High stability: stable and durable;
Accuracy level: better than 0.5 level accuracy.

Ball screw
Smooth movement: low frictional resistance during operation,
high sensitivity, no shaking when starting, no crawling phenomenon at low speeds;
High transmission efficiency: the transmission efficiency is as high as 90%-98%, which is 2-4 times of the traditional system;
Adaptability:strong overload resistance,able to withstand loads three times the rated torque.
