(1)Pulping system:
Pulping system is mainly comprised of hydrapulpter, pulp pump, multi-function refiner machine, blender, control cabinert,ect.
It can make the pulp by the waste paper. And it is the first step in making process!
(2) Forming system:
This part is key part of egg tray forming machine,our company have three types forming machine. One is A
model, this type is a high capacity, this model's forming machine's lowest capacity is 2000pieces egg tray per(30holes) per hour, and highest capacity is 8000pieces egg tray per hour!
The second is B model, this model's capacity is lower than A model, its lowest capacity is 700-900pieces per hour, and the highest capacity is 2000pieces per hour(also 30holes egg tray).
The third is C model, it can be made the semi-automatic machine, the capacity is the lowest. The lowest capacity is 15000pieces per day(24hours)!also the price is the lowest.
(3)Drying line
This is the very important in the all of line. When the egg tray be made over by the forming machine, the egg tray will be put on the drying line,they will across the drying channel, then you can get the dry tray!
(4)Packing machine
This is the last step, when we get the finished tray from the drying line, we can packing them.
