Principle of Operation
The pump transports the sand-water mixture to the mud-sand high-pressure separator, and the fine sand is separated from the water by centrifugal classification and concentration. The fine sand after centrifugal classification enters dewatering screen, and after vibration dehydration, the moisture in the fine sand is further removed. Dehydrated fine sand enters the recovery system, and a small amount of impurities such as fine sand and mud pass through the return box and then return to the cleaning tank for re-treatment. When the liquid level in the cleaning tank is too high, the wastewater is discharged through the discharge port.
