Introduction
The XFD series single cell lab flotation machine have three types: XFDI, XFDII, XFDIII. XFDI small flotation cell: the ordinary simple type, the impeller rotary speed can not be adjustable, and without LED displayscreen,applied in laboratory flotation of a small amount of sample ore in such areas as geology,metallurgy,building material and chemical industry.

XFDII small flotation cell: it is the updated version of XFD I, the impeller rotary speed can be adjustable as your needs, butwith LED display screen, without heater device, can not control temperature of the minerals.Applied in stirring,scrubbing,separation and selection of small amounts of sample ore om labs of research institutes and mining bodies involving geology,metallurgy,building materials and chemical industries.

XFDIII small flotation cell: It is the highest grade type. It uses inverter technology, variable speed impeller, digital display,and also change from the outside air to intake inflated with precise adjusted, clear and stable display.According to user needs, it can be equipped with a heater, temperature control device to control, display tank mine fluidtemperature at any time.XFDIII small flotation cell can be equipped with additional water level automatically adjusts automatically administration and other devices, can achieve a higher level of automation. Gas of pump tank supply to the rotor agitation, and mix with ore fluid, the stator is cut to produce tiny bubbles mineralization Rotor speed is stepless and can be adjusted by inverter.Fixed flotation tank fasten by hand wheel drive screw clamp.Shaving foam body, its trajectory is a circular motion.Applied in geology,metallurgy,building materials,chemical and other industrial laboratory flotation ore with a small amount.

FeaturesWorking Principle

Before operation, check whether the main shaft turns clockwise. If not, then change phase sequence of the power source to make the motor turns clockwise before operation. Mix mineral samples and water and then pour them into the cell. Start up the motor to drive the main shaft for rotation. The impeller will agitate in the cell. Then open the valve for air inflation and add chemical agent to form foams. Turn on switch of the scraper motor (8) for rotation of the scraper to scrape foams out of the cell. A box is set on the working table to receive foams. Minerals needed can be obtained after processing of the foams.
