主要应用
带片剂除尘器的双层多功能药片压片机是制药、化工、食品、电子等行业用于将各种颗粒状原料压制成片剂的设备；适用于圆形或异形片、糖衣片、钙片等的批量生产，但不适用于半固体、湿粉和小颗粒（≥ 100目）的粉末压片。
带片剂除尘功能的药品双层多功能压片机的工作流程包括计量填充、预压、主压和卸片等。
带片剂除尘器的制药双层多功能压片机配有透明玻璃门窗，可以清晰观察压片状态，侧面板可完全打开，便于内部清洁和维护。
带片剂除尘功能的双层多功能压片机的外罩为全封闭式，采用不锈钢材质，内部台面同样由不锈钢制成，能够保持表面光泽，防止交叉污染，并满足GMP要求。
制药用双层多功能压片机配片剂除尘器，可配备除尘器，可自动除尘。
变频调速装置用于电动调速，操作简便，运行平稳，安全准确。
该系统包括过载保护装置，以避免模具和设备受损；当制药双层多功能压片机（带片剂除尘器）过载时，它将自动停止。
