多功能超声波微波萃取罐用于从各种原料中萃取精油或活性成分，如植物叶、根、茎、果实、种子、花、树皮、海鲜以及动物骨骼和内脏等。因为它配备了超声波微波超声波装置，因此与普通萃取机相比，效果更好。
Working Principle
多功能超声波微波萃取机包括以下单元：萃取罐（配备超声波微波单元）、冷凝器（可选）、预冷器（可选）、油水分离器、过滤器、传输泵和管道以及控制系统。这些设备由不锈钢材料制成，符合FDA和GMPs标准。

超声波的机械效应：
1. 机械搅拌。超声波的高频振动和辐射压力能在气体和液体中形成有效的搅拌和流动。由空化气泡在固体表面上的振动产生的强喷射流和局部微冲流可以显著降低液体的表面张力和摩擦，并破坏固液界面的表层，从而达到普通低频机械搅拌无法达到的水平。这种效果是药物渗透、美容产品进入皮肤、超声波除气以及食品和化妆品的平整和精制的物理基础。
2. 相互扩散。利用超声波振动和空化的压力和高温效应，促进两种液体、两种固体或液固和液气界面之间的分子相互渗透，形成新的材料性能。金属或塑料的超声焊接、乳化、清洗和雾化可归类为这种效应。
均质化。空化气泡闭合后产生的局部冲击波可以破碎液体中的颗粒使其变薄；使晶体均匀；将大而不均匀的乳液滴分散成细小均匀的药物（如癌症治疗剂）；甚至还包括溶解血栓的作用。
4. 凝聚力。超声波振动可导致气液介质中的悬浮颗粒以不同速度移动，增加碰撞的机会；或使用驻波使它们趋向于波腹点，从而使凝聚过程发生。烟气除尘和人工降雨属于这一类。
5. 机械切割效果。由于超声波振动的高加速度和空化作用的声腐蚀效应，可以对硬脆材料（珠宝、陶瓷、玻璃、磁性钢等）进行特殊精密加工。
机械碎石效果。利用高强度超声波脉冲可以粉碎人体内的肾结石和胆结石，而不损伤软组织。
