此机器用于将颗粒状原料压制成圆形药片或各种几何形状的药片，特别适合小批量生产。在压制药片时，转盘速度和物料填充深度均可调节。此外，它还配备了预压和过载保护装置。吸粉盒安装在机器的一侧，可通过吸入口吸收机器操作过程中产生的粉末，避免粘结和堵塞，同时还可回收原料进行再生产。
药品：中药片、西药、素片、咀嚼片、钙片、口含片、蜂胶片（蜂胶药片）、螺旋片、泡腾片先锋、樟脑丸等。
食品：糖果片、片状咖啡、鸡精块、调味块、葡萄糖片、奶粉糖等。
农业：薄饼饲料、肥料块、动物食品等。
化工：漂白粉、陶瓷粉、粉末冶金、磁性材料、防腐剂、碳粉-分子筛等。
电子：碳刷、纽扣电池、电子元器件等。机器外部全封闭。盖子和内部转盘由不锈钢制成。转盘表面经过特殊处理，保持表面光泽并防止污染，符合GMP要求。设有透明窗口，可以清晰观察压制情况，且窗口可打开进行清洁和维护。所有控制器和操作部件的布局合理。
所有传动装置均位于机器内部，以保持机器清洁。
系统中包含过载保护装置，以避免冲头和设备的损坏，发生过载时，机器将自动停止工作。
此机器还配备电磁制动电机和其他安全保护装置，可在运行时进行调整和操作。
吸粉装置可吸收压片室内的粉末。
冲头和模具也适用于ZP19、ZP33、ZP35和ZP37型号。
This machine is used to press the granular raw material into the round
tablets or various geometric shaped tablets, it is especially caters for
small-batch production. When pressing the tablets, the rotary disc
speed and filling depth of material can be adjustable.In addition, it is equipped with the pre-pressure and overload protection devices. The powder absorbing box is installed on one side of the machine. It can absorb the powder from the
operation of the machine via suction port to avoid bonding and clogging, and it also can

cover and internal table are made of stainless steel. The surface of
turntable is specially disposed to keep the surface luster and prevent
it from being polluted, meeting the GMP requirement.It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed
clearly and windows can be opened for cleaning and maintenance. The
lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.All the drive devices are located inside the machine so keep the
machine clean.Overload protection unit is included in the system to avid the
damage of the punches and apparatus, When overload occurs, the
machine will stop working automatically.This machine also has electromagnetic brake motor and other safety
protection device which can be adjusted and operated when running.Powder absorbing device could absorb the powder in the tablet-pressing room.The punches and dies are also applicable to Model ZP19, ZP33,
