干法制粒机主要由送料系统、反向送料系统、挤压系统、粉碎系统、前盖系统、水冷系统、制粒系统、液压系统和旋转筛控制系统组成。整机包括内部和外部部件。所有传动部件和辅助设施均设计在机身内部。与物料接触的工作部分设置在操作面板外部，并通过中间的多个密封件进行隔离。工作部件将在完全密封的状态下工作，与物料接触的部分可以轻松拆卸和清洁，从而有效防止粉尘泄漏并避免污染的可能性，从而满足生产GMP的要求。
The dry granulator is mainly composed of a feeding system, a reverse feeding system, an extrusion system, a crushing system, a front cover system, a water cooling system, a granulation system, a hydraulic system and a rotary screen control system. The whole body includes internal and external parts. All transmission parts and ancillary facilities are designed inside the body. The working part in contact with the substance is set outside the operation panel and is isolated by multiple seals in the middle. Working Principle

生产过程是通过配料混合干粉材料，并通过特殊给料装置（气动或电动）将其加入上料斗，然后通过螺旋输送机将其送入压力室。两个高压压轮将材料压制成高密度片材。密度片材通过两级造粒系统造粒至所需尺寸。
The production process is to mix the dry powder materials by the ingredients, And add them to the upper hopper by a special feeding device (Pneumatic or Motorized), And send them to the pressure chamber through the screw conveyor. The two high pressure pressing wheels press the material into high density slices. The density slices are granulated to the demanded size by a two-stage granulation system.
