This is a medium scaled manufacturing system which is designed as an automatic working process through connection by vacuum feeder and co-mill on the basis of
semi-automatic process. the whole working process of the pharmaceutical granulating drying system includes: mixing granulating by RMG(rapid mixer granulator)- swing granulator- fluid bed dryer- grinding granulator- blending machine. This production line could be worked together with tablet compression machine or capsule filler, it also could work with pharmaceutical packaging machine.

Features
·The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure, its structure reasonable.
·Air filled seal shaft for to drive. When washing the machine, it can be changed to water.
·The granule is closed to ball shape. Its fluidity is good.
·Compared to traditional process, 25% of adhesive can be reduced and the drying time is short.
·The dry mixing time is 2 minutes and the granulating time is 1-4 minutes. Compared to the traditional process, 4-5 times of efficiency is raised.

Principle
The powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder are fully mixed at the bottom to become a humid soft material. Then it is cut by high-speed cutter and become uniform granules.
