Moreover,Potassium Sorbatev has no effect to beneficial microorganisms, such as anaerobic bacillus and acidophilus lactobacillus. Having a stronger inhibition effect than sterilization effect,Potassium Sorbate can effectively prolong the preservation time of the food without changing the original flavor.
