The roll body length determines the maximum width of the rolled foil, and wider, thinner, and harder rolled pieces present greater rolling challenges. The maximum width for rolled titanium foil is approximately 600mm.Titanium coil - titanium strip - titanium foil production method: electrode preparation → vacuum melting → forging and opening → hot rolling → cold rolling → annealing (heat treatment) → plate, strip, and foil.Titanium coil - titanium strip - titanium foil rolling: The production of titanium foil predominantly employs flat roll belt rolling, known for its high productivity and large scale.
