Acetylene gas is a widely used industrial gas. It is identified as a colorless and highly flammable gas having a garlic-like odor. Being the most efficient of all fuel gases, it is much in demand in steel plants for oxy-acetylene gas cutting, welding and flame cutting. Industries prefer using acetylene gas plants for generation of on-site gas. Apart from producing high quality acetylene, our plants are explosion-free and fairly priced. Acetylene is able to generate superb heating with minimum thermal waste. And, it uses extremely low percentage of oxygen increasing its efficiency. Acetone is mixed with the gas to stop decomposition.

★ Gas production section: the generator is water-sealed, low-pressure open type, the feeding port is made of high-quality
stainless steel plate, to prevent sparks, large feeding, no need to break. It is equipped with the process of "automatic slag
discharge, automatic water filling device, anti-jamming device of slag discharge valve to prevent pressure rise and siphon
generation", and the process of overflow pipe to prevent high water level, which is easy to operate and safe to use. Generator and gas storage tank with pressure differential complementary and over-pressure venting device, gas storage tank special material anti-corrosion treatment technology. Acetylene plant according to customer requirements of automatic DCS control system, the use of closed generator instead of open generator.★ Compression section: the compressor is equipped with safety valve, over-pressure automatic venting device.★ Filling section: acetylene filling row is equipped with three-stage fire retardant device, using high pressure acetylene special valve, high pressure air return device to prevent explosion accident.★ Environmental protection and energy saving: After the slurry is precipitated, the clean water is injected into the high water tank by the pump for recycling.

The equipment packaging is generally wooden boxes or bare packages which meet the requirements of shipping.
