APPLICATION:
It is a medium-speed accelerator common to natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It has no vulcanization accelerator effect on IR and EPDM and acts as a plasticizer and plasticizer in CR.The critical temperature of vulcanization is 141% C, the flatness of vulcanization is poor, the safety of the rubber compound is good, the vulcanization speed is slow, and the aging resistance of the vulcanizate alone is poor, and the anti-aging agent needs to be added;
Commonly used as thiazoles, hypoxamides, thiuram active agents, and accelerators DM, TMTD can be used for continuous vulcanization;
DPG-80GE is pre-dispersed masterbatch, easy to weigh, processing is not flying, does not leak, taste is small, is conducive to employee health; easy to disperse, no loss, to ensure stable performance of vulcanized products;
Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber sheets, rubber shoes, hard rubber products, thick-walled products and other rubber industrial products.
