Intermiscibility
It
is soluble in a class of base oil and ester base oil, but not easily soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.
Compatibility
It
can not be used with T202, T203 and other antioxidant and anticorrosive agents, otherwise it will lead to decomposition of sulfur agent; It can be adhered to LAB Sulfonate LS550, and tacifer
was used synergistically.
Application
It
is an inactive sulfur, belonging to vegetable fat sulfide, which can not be used for the modulation of rail oil.As an anti-wear agent, it is suitable for the modulation of metal processing oil/liquid for drawing, cold heading, drawing and rolling of all materials. The recommended treat rate
is 5%~10%.
