Product Overview
The rotary table is an important part for rotating and carrying the drilling column.
The product complies with API Spec 7K and has obtained the licence to use the API standard.

Technical performance characteristics
1,Shell for cast steel and steel plate welding structure, its base is cast steel, rough machining and then welded with steel plate to form a shell, and then the whole annealed to eliminate stress after finishing.
2. The transmission gear is medium hardened bevel gear with curved teeth, which is of high strength, smooth transmission, high torque transmission and long service life.
3,The transmission shaft is made of alloy forgings and tempered, with good overall mechanical properties, suitable for high-torque work, and the sprocket and flange can be installed at the end of the shaft to meet the requirements of various transmission modes.
4,Main core is made of alloy cast steel and tempered, with high strength and reliable performance.

Features:
Series rotary tables conform to API Spec 7K, and are granted the right to use API monogram.Conform to industry standard SY/T5531.The transmission of the rotary tables adopts spiral bevel gear with heavy load, smooth running and long service.The housing is casting and welding structure with good rigidity, high precision.Reliable the gears and bearings adopt splash lubrication.Input drum shaft is convenient for maintaining and replacing.
