HYDX-6 Full Hydraulic Core Drill Rig made by H.H. Drill-Tech Drilling Machinery Co., Ltd. is a new-type hydraulic core drill rig developed with reference of advanced technique of similar kind rigs at home and abroad. It is mainly used in core drill with diamond bit or hard tungsten-carbide tipped bit in the field of engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, underground water. It can also be applied in the field of gallery ventilation and water discharge tunnel drilling as well as dam grouting and other engineering drilling.2. Main Features The rig is compact in structure, rational in overall arrangement, easy in operation, high performance and low maintenance. It is an ideal core drill equipment. The rig adopts full hydraulic driving system and moves with its steel crawlers; The rotation of drill head is driven by variable hydraulic pump and motor, set with 2 gear stepless speed adjustment which is advanced in structure; Drill head feeding adopts double-speed driving device for the chain of the oil tank, the actions are smooth and set with lateral translation mechanism; The mast is lifted and lowered with oil cylinder and is foldable. It is easy for transportation and can slide as a whole. Angles of the mast can be adjusted within the range from 45 to 90 degrees for the drilling hole; The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, and the rotation of the spindle is driven by motor with closed loop circuit, with high operation efficiency and big torque; It is equipped with centering guide in its upper and lower part.
