Developed by our company is a water-soluble composite dust suppressant, which is compounded by a variety of organic compounds. It is easily soluble in water and has the functions such as wet ability, bonding, agglomeration and moisturizing and so on. Its related components are non-corrosive to various metal materials, harmless to animals and plants, and no secondary pollution.

1.Fill the sprinkler with 20% water first, add the measured dust suppressor to the aqueous solution, refill the remaining water, and use with the vehicle after shaking it evenly (it works better with mixing)
2.Ordinary water sprinklers are used on asphalt (concrete pavement), loess roads and exposed roadside areas, and high-powered dust sprayers are recommended for mounds of earth and garbage at construction sites
Application:
The solution is prepared by adding dust suppressor into water, whose concentration is from 0.05 to 15%. Generally, it is applied by hand, mechanical or professional spraying station and stationary spraying system and the solution can be uniformly sprayed on the surface of the material or the dust emitting to keep dust from emitting and reduce the amount of dust in the air. The specific amount of dust suppressor can be adjusted according to the site conditions in order to achieve the desired results.
