Liquid Orifice Distributors:
Orifice pan distributors allow gas to pass through a series of risers while liquid flows through holes in the pan floor. We do not recommend using this type of distributor in fouling applications.
Generally,through Liquid distributor's evenly spread against liquid, it will largely improve packing's separation efficiency. However, due to Liquid distributor is belong to customized product,we can design and manufacturer it against different requirement.

Installation Instructions
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation4:Generally filled by random packing5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat

Application
Distributors are internals installed above a packed bed, which perform the job of providing a finite liquid distribution over the packed bed. A distributor allows the liquid to be distributed over the packed bed in discrete streams. This can be done either through orifices or V-weirs located on/in the distributor. Distributors also provide a separate passage for the upward flowing gas.
