The fundamental reason for the generation of NOx in gas is that the combustion temperature of the gas burner is too high,
and the flue gas stays for too long in the furnace,
the air excess factor is too large.For the above reasons, our company has developed a series of low NOx gas burners. (gas: Natural gas, coke oven gas, pyrolytic gas, blast furnace gas and producer gas.) This series of burners adopts the most advanced combustion technologies at home and abroad, such as: two-stage combustion, Internal and external circulation technology of combustion flue gas, gas and air conditioning control technology, and technologies of automatic fire detection ignition, mutual conversion of high and low fire, adjustable
flame length and adjustable
thickness. And the conditioning ratio of gas and air can reach up to more than 8, moreover, the distribution of flame temperature in the furnace is even, which and can fully control the staying time of high temperature flame zone and high temperature flue gas in furnace. Thus the exhaust gas can meet the national environmental requirements: SOx emissions in flue gas are zero, NOx is less than 30mg/m3, CO emission is 0 or below 0.1%, and O2
emission is around 3%. Thus, both combustion with low NOx emission and complete combustion can be achieved. Compared with other burners of the same type, the gas burn rate of our's is higher and the energy saving rate can reach about 10%.

1.One of the most advanced combustion technologies with low NOx emission, using fuel-phased combustion, partial circulation of flue gas, and diffusion combustion technology. The technique is shown as below:

Note: Compared with gas burners of the same type, it can save about 10% of gas consumption.
2.Using two-stage combustion technology of fuel and air in the furnace, and the the most advanced technology as reducing combustion and oxidation combustion. As shown in the figure:
To ensure that high temperature zones are avoided when the fire is burning. The burner nozzle generates a certain amount of reduction negative pressure zone (relative value) under the action of the diffusor cone. Since the amount of primary air is insufficient, the generation of high-temperature flame can be avoided, and a large amount of reducing gas can be generated when the gas is burned. Moreover, the rotating force of the gas is gradually strengthened, and the unburned gas continuously enters the gas reduction negative pressure zone, thereby a small cycle inside the flame is formed in the furnace.
Due to the graded supply of the Oxygen-containing fresh air, combined with the diffusion of the flame, the flame distribution in the furnace is very even. Flame in the furnace appears shining red and yellow seen by naked eyes. Under the mentioned working principle above, NOx can not be produced or very little; CO is almost 0, too. Thus, it ensures the complete combustion of the gas and saves at least 10% of fuel compared to burners of the similar type.
To summarize, the gas burners manufactured by our company are in line with the garded supply of gas and air, together with the diffusion principle of the rotating gas flow, making the temperature distribution very even throughout the furnace. This avoids the generation of high-temperature flames. Learned from industrial experiments:
3.The combustion flue gas adopts internal and external circulation technology and is the most effective means to reduce NOx in order to achieve complete combustion and save fuel.

5.User notice
There are varieties types of gas burners with low or super low NOx emission
produced by our company. Therefore, the user must inform us below information: the system configuration and which kind of gas (coal gas) he is using, dirty gas or clean gas, whether the project is new or retrofit, process conditions used for combustion, production conditions and environmental protection requirements.
We also produce series of high-speed temperature adjusting burner (for mechanical heat treatment furnace, metallurgy furnace, chemical furnace and ceramic tunnel kiln), series of flat flame burner (for mechanical heat treatment furnace), series of gas heating radiant tube (for mechanical heat treatment furnace, metallurgy furnace and chemical furnace) and other types of dual-fuel(gas and pulverized coal, gas and oil) burners. All these burners are with low NOx emission. Users should explain clearly the working conditions and technological requirements in order to make our design and selection more accurate and meet user's needs. The above introduction is mainly used for low NOx gas burners that meet the basic requirements of industrial boilers and materials drying.
The burners supplied by our company include: matching blowers, gas valve groups, temperature and pressure control instruments and CO control instruments. Generally, gas burners are not supplied separately, except for special circumstances.Users should also tell us accurately and clearly.
