FRP molded grille is a kind of plate-shaped material with many blanks, which is reinforced by glass fiber and made of unsaturated polyester resin. It can be used as structural material for floors, trench covers, platforms, ship decks, stairs and trestles in corrosive environment.
FRP molding grid is made of glass fiber interlaced braiding, resin casting and integral molding. The FRP grid plate with many regular rectangular and square spaces has the mechanical characteristics of bidirectional isotropy. Corrosion resistance
The molded grid has excellent corrosion resistance in many gas and liquid media, such as acid, alkali, organic solvents and salts, and has incomparable advantages in the field of anti-corrosion. According to the requirements of the actual use place, o-benzene, m-benzene and vinyl resins can be selected as the matrix materials economically.
Flame retardant
The formula designed by our company can meet the fire protection requirements of the engineering team, so as to ensure safety. The company has passed astm-e84 and astm-e119 flame retardant test, and has good flame retardant and fireproof performance.
Impact and fatigue resistance
The molded grille has high impact strength, which allows repeated stress without permanent deformation, while the metal grille will retain permanent deformation after impact and need to be repaired. The molding grille has moderate elasticity, which makes the staff working on it feel comfortable for a long time, reduces the sense of urgency of the staff's legs and back, reduces the occurrence of accidents, and is conducive to improving the production efficiency.
Light weight, high strength, easy to cut and install
Because it is made of resin and glass fiber, its density is less than 2kg / m3, which is only 1 / 4 of steel and 2 / 3 of aluminum. Its strength is 10 times that of PVC, and its absolute strength is higher than that of aluminum and ordinary steel. Its light weight can greatly reduce the foundation support, thus reducing the material cost of the project. Molding grid cutting is simple, does not need large lifting equipment, only needs a small amount of manual and electric tools, so that the installation cost is greatly reduced, usually in the way of whole plate production, when customers need small size grid plate can be realized by cutting, according to the size and installation requirements of the grid reasonable cutting and processing, in order to maximize economic benefits without affecting the intrinsic performance of the grid . The cutting section is coated with resin to ensure that its corrosion resistance is not affected. This material can also be polished and drilled, but can not be turned and tapped. Arbitrary cutting will not change the mechanical properties of the molded grille, nor will it lead to scaffolding and other consequences.
Skid resistance
The molded grille has anti-skid function. The molded FRP grille has two kinds of natural anti-skid crescent surface and anti-skid sand. The anti-skid sand surface has two kinds of integrated sand laying in the mold and sand laying again by adhesive after demoulding. These two kinds of sand laying surfaces provide excellent anti-skid performance, and the sand layer is not easy to fall off and is durable.
