SMC Cabinet Introduction:

The material traits
1.Excellent insulatibity
SMC has high insulation resistance and AC dielectric intension, nice dielectric ability under high AC, no reflection, no block of microwave radiation.
2.Chemical corrosion resisting and environment aging
Resisting corrosion of low concentration acid,alkali,salt,resisting many kind of oils and organic solvent, sea water and so on, and resisting ultraviolet radiation and environment aging.
3.Out temperature resistance
Heat deflection temperature over 200ºC,and low temperature resistant. The material can keep excellent mechanical features in a wide range range of temperature(40ºC-160ºC).
4.Excellent anti-collision
Three dimensional net structure inside the material and the increasing fuction of the longer fiber,resulting in excellent collision resistance and insentive to the gap, and excellent machining ability (drilling and cutting).
