Full electric SERVO CNC Intelligent and Flexible Bending Center (CNC Panel Bender, CNC Press Brake)

This bending center is intelligent and flexible, capable of bending the edges of sheet metal panels according to complex combinations of various edge angles. Notably, it can perform continuous upward and downward bending without the need to replace the bending blades.
The whole machine consists of five main parts:
1. Bottom fabricated and welded heavy structure: It is integrally fabricated and holistically welded using super high - strength steel. This results in a machine with a large tonnage weight and a stable center of gravity. These characteristics ensure long - term bending accuracy stability, better reliability, and good durability. The entire structure is also heat - treated using processes such as annealing and tempering. This endows the structure with high rigidity, relieves internal stress, and specifically extends the machine's service life while improving its positioning precision.
2. Upper fabricated and welded heavy structure: Equipped with pressing blades and hinge blades, it is fabricated, welded, and treated in the same way as the bottom structure.
3. Mobile fabricated and welded heavy bracket for upward and downward bending blades: Fabricated, welded, and treated identically to the bottom structure.
4. Feeding system: The working table is equipped with C - type mobile strong clamping arms for flexible control and operation of the sheet metal panel. Optionally, a mobile suction - cups plate can be chosen for flexible control and operation of the sheet metal panel.
5. Worktable features: The worktable is also equipped with an adequate number of hard brushes and rolling stainless - steel beads to protect the sheet metal panel during processing.
