Roll Paper Machine Functions and Features:
The production line consists of: automatic feeding → synchronous embossing → threading → automatic drop tube rewinding → automatic knife feeding + spray glue (water) → automatic feeding → automatic paper cutting → automatic material sorting and conveying → manual bagging and packaging; Fully automatic.
Roll Machine Introduction:
A. The equipment is unwinding three rolls of paper at the same time ; each set of unwinding shafts is equipped with two sets of wide belts for unwinding; and the unwinding force is controlled by an independent hard-surface gear turbine box, which is easy to adjust;
B. The equipment is equipped with a set of heavy-duty pneumatic automatic feeding device; the maximum tensile force is 300kg; the maximum weight is 1.5 tons;
C. The equipment is equipped with a set of embossing devices ; each set is embossed by steel-carved and hard-coated flower rollers combined with special thickened and wear-resistant wool layer rollers, with clear patterns and no damage. (Various patterns can be customized according to customer requirements).
D. The equipment is equipped with a gear type turbine box to adjust the wire spacing of the wire. The wire from 10-60CM does not need to change gears, which is convenient to adjust the production, without waste, and the wire is light and stable, without noise, which is unique in China.
E. The long rolls of this equipment are all knurled and electroplated, with good finish, high friction coefficient, stable winding, and can produce cored and coreless products. And the finished product winding is equipped with a stepless speed change device, which can adjust the speed of the finished product winding, so that the tightness (size) of the finished product roll diameter can be freely controlled.
F. The equipment is equipped with a set of automatic bonding device for finished products, which can make finished products automatically bonded after winding . And equipped with automatic knife cutting, more efficient.
