The sulfur combustion furnace is
a vertical steel cylindrical tower, lined with insulation bricks and refractory castables. The interior is filled with refractory ceramic balls, liquid sulfur drops on the high temperature ceramic balls, dry air, and liquid sulfur are fully combusted in the sulfur combustion furnace, and the SO2 gas produced leads to the conversion tower after SO2 cooler.The material for the main body is carbon steel, and deep inside the furnace receiver is SS321 stainless steel. The working temperature reaches more than 700 degrees Celsius.
