Our vulcanizing press adopts a four-column structure.
Four high-precision guide pillars have strong load capacity, stable lifting and excellent wear resistance.
There are upper and lower working areas made of 4 pieces of KDB solid high-carbon steel, which have the characteristics of high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, fast heat conduction and no deformation.
The platen has a built-in heater and high precision temperature sensor for hot pressing and melting of materials. The temperature range is room temperature~ 300ºC. Equipped with P.I.D self-tuning mode and high-precision sensor with automatic temperature compensation to ensure temperature balance. It allows water to circulate inside the sheet, which can cool and mould the material at the same time. The plate can be cooled immediately after hot pressing, which improves test results and work efficiency.
