Lid Glue Dispensing and Drying Machine for 18L Square Can
This machine is used for the lid of 18L square tank glue dispensing and drying,it can equipment with 18L square can making machine.The machine including the material feeding system,glue dispensing machine, drying machine,receiving equipment,electric system and pneumatic system,The above mentioned machine can separately working or connect to one line.
Material feeding system :
put the lid on the material tray,then by vacuum suction system put the lid on the working station.
Glue dispensing machine the two glue dispensing nozzle rotate according to the lid,then dispense one layer of glue, the quantity and time can be adjustable.
Drying machine: the lid after glue dispensing will send to the drying machine,the machine is vertical type for reduce the working area.The lid is moving through lever vertically.The drying method is hot air recycle by electricity,the temperaturre is adjustable.
Receiving equipment: the lid after drying will send to the eereceiving tray and pile up automaticlly.
