Then right frame is moved into the middle heating furnace for heating according to the set time, and alternately circulates.3.The machine is equipped with a vacuum box to ensure sufficient vacuum capacity, and the left and right forming stations are respectively equipped with devices such as blowing, primary small vacuum, secondary large vacuum, and demolding air blowing. Among them, there is a corresponding gate valve switch for bubble blowing and a small vacuum, and the flow rate can be controlled by the gate valve switch.4.The machine only needs to disassemble and install the mounting strip on the mold installation base plate to replace the mold, improve the speed of replacing the mold, and the mold will not be dropped when the power is turned off; it can also be directly installed on the installation base plate.5.The fan cooling system of the left and right stations of the machine respectively adopts 4
