有两种搅拌方法：机械搅拌和磁性搅拌。
夹克/双层夹克罐由不锈钢316L和SS304制成。双层夹克具有保温层。
确保所有阀门的零死区以实现清洁。
配备可单独进行灭菌的采样阀和排放阀。
采用大视角油箱液位观察玻璃，12V安全灯。
SJA类型是机械密封电机顶/底驱动，可选择单机械密封或双机械密封。SCA类型是磁力驱动电机，扭矩低于机械驱动电机。叶轮的形状可以根据客户需求进行设计，标准类型是涡轮叶轮。
中试发酵罐可实现多种发酵目的，如批处理、批加料发酵，以及细菌、酵母、微生物、动物细胞培养、藻类等的发酵。
