Needle loading
采用针帽法加载针，通过刮擦针座模具将针抬起并落在针座上，加载针后，改变方向并进入粘合站。

使用硅油双螺旋结构，旋转180度，加油时针管内有空气吹扫装置，硅油从底部向顶部加油，配有气压计，当压力不达标时可以自动过滤和泵送。汽油采用气动泵送，以避免使用电源造成火灾。完成硅化后，将前往下一个废品回收站。
