It's a natural low calorie sweetener. Stevioside has a calorific value of only 1/300 of sucrose. It is not absorbed by human body and does not generate heat. It is a sweetener for diabetics and obese patients. When stevioside is mixed with sucrose, fructose or isomerized sugar, its sweetness and taste can be improved. 1.4)evaporator machine : which is used to remove the water from the stevoside extraction solution to get much high solid content .as usual it need work under vacuum ,evaporate in the low temperature ,can keep the stevioside solution color and taste in the origin. according to the different capacity ,we can use the single effect evaporator ,double effect evaporator
and multiple evaporator etc.
