Working
Principles

characterThe
plug
valve
consists
of
the
valve

request).The
side
segments
and
the
valve
are
the
concentric
circles
The
rubber
was
inlay
in
the
external
face
of
the
side
segments
to
seal
the
gap
between
the
body
and
the
side
segments,The
sealing
between
the
side
segments
and
cylinder
plug
is
metal-to-metal.Match
between
these
two
parts
is
high-precision,
and
the
sealing
is
stably.Note:
the
valve
can
be
easily
opened
or
closed
even
under
the
10000psi
high
pressure.
Operating Instruction
Fill
the
grease
between
the
body
and
side
segments
with
grease
prior
to
use.Perform
hydrostatic
tests
prior
to
use
to
make
sure
that
no
leakage
occurs.Check
whether
the
valve
position
is
in
match
with
the
mark
and
rotate
the
plug
cap
90
degree
to
see
if
the
plug
valve
can
be
operated
freely.MaintenanceThe
regular
and
timely
maintenance
can
prolong
the
service
