During the processing, the rosin glyceride should always be kept in a molten state, and the liquid level of the melted rosin glyceride in the pot should not be higher than two-thirds of the height of the heating pot, so as to prevent the rosin glyceride from overflowing or splashing out of the pot . The time of the hair removal product in the heating pot should not be too long to prevent the temperature of the product from rising, and it is not suitable to cool down after cooling, which will affect the quality of the product. In addition, the surface of the processed product should be covered with rosin glyceride, otherwise the hair on the surface cannot be completely removed.
Put it in and put it down for a while, and you can't take it out immediately, otherwise the pores won't open without heat, and the effect will feel bad.
It is also used in adhesives, coatings, inks, electronic industry fluxes, raw materials for edible ester glue, etc. It is also used as a tackifying resin for hot-melt, pressure-sensitive, and rubber-type adhesives. It does not change color, is resistant to aging, and has strong adhesion. The reference dosage is 5% to 50%.
