2. FS-12 has a
strong dispersion performance. It can accelerate the dispersion of carbon black, white carbon black and other fillers to shorten mixing time, increase mixing efficiency, and reduce energy consumption.
3. This product has good chewing effect on the rubber material which means it can better improve the uniformity of the rubber material, improve the compatibility of rubber, effectively prevent product from blooming, improve the quality of rubber and stabilize the quality of products between batches.
4. This product is added together with other powder while compounding. It basically has no effect on the physical and mechanical properties such as Mooney scorching time, vulcanization speed, hardness, set tensile stress, tensile strength, etc.; improves the rolling and extrusion of the rubber compound; reduce mold contamination and effectively help mold release.
5. FS-12 is suitable for rubber widely used in tires, shoes, tape, hose, foam rubber, injection rubber products such as NR, SBR, NBR, IIR, EPDM, BR, CR, etc.
6. The using amount is about 1
to 2
percent of the raw rubber.
7. There are also FS-12A, FS-12B available.
Packaging And Storage
1. Plastic bag lined with plastic composite packaging, 20 kg /
bag.
2. Stored in the dry and cool place, moisture-proof. The storage period is one year.
