refractive index of 1.4299 (80 ºC). The appearance is white or light yellow granular.It is mixture of stearic acid and palmitic acid.It contains
a few oleic acid, and a
little butter smell.Not dissolved in cool water, easily dissolved in benzene, toluen, chlorofom, carbon tetrachlorid, carbon bisulfide, acetic ester,
