XPJ971 is a kind of high-carbon alcohol polyether ester defoamer, which is developed according to the foaming characteristics of paper-making section surface sizing process. The product is stable and convenient to use. It can maintain very long
lasting defoaming and antifoaming effect at lower concentration, and has wide-spectrum applicability. The use of the product is not affected by the temperature, which is beneficial to improve the production efficiency and ensure the safe operation of the paper machine.

The product is widely used in papermaking white water, paper color paste, surface sizing fiber, rosin sizing, surface sizing agent, AKD emulsion; Because XPJ971 has good compatibility, it can be added to sizing agent directly, which is more convenient for production and use.

While used on paper making machine, the defoamer can be added to the underwater whitewater system by metering pump, the consumption per ton of paper is 0.1-0.5 KG. The recommended dosage of sizing agent is 0.3-0.5‰ , the fluidity of the product is good, and the final dosage depends on the process of the sizing agent.

This product is packed in 200KG plastic drum or IBC ton drum. It will be valid for two years if stored at room temperature in cool and dry place.
