A:Yes, we can do private label for you and customized packing.
Q:Can I place a small order to test the market at first?
A:Yes, you can place a small order for our private brands based on our MOQ or your logo base on MOQ. Different items have different MOQ.
Q:How about sample policy?
A:We can provide the sample to you, but you have to pay the sample fee. And we'll refund that after you confirm order.
Q:What are the terms of payments?
A:We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal etc.
Q: How long it will take to delivery the goods?
A:We will delivery them within 15-45 days after we get your deposit.
Q:What is your MOQ?
A:If you order from our stock, the MOQ is 1 display box.If you want to do OEM or ODM production, the MOQ of this product is 12000 pieces. If your order is less than this quantity, please contact me. We can talk and find a best way for both of us.
Q: Do you have new items every season?
A: Yes, we have new items every month. Please contact with us regularly. Also, we can developing new items according to your suggestions.
Q: Which shipping way is available and how to track?
A: By sea to your nearest port or air are no problem. Normally we shipping by sea for save cost.
Q: Could I print my own brand or logo on products ?
A: Yes of course, OEM printing logo is welcomed.
Q: Which logistic way you will ship the parcel?
A: By express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS)to your door, large quantity will by sea.
Q: My package has missing products. What should I do?
A: Please contact us timely and take all the products pictures together, at the same time we will confirm your order with our warehouse. We will offer best after service for you!
Q: If got broken items in my products . What should I do?
A:Send us picture at the first time when you got the package. We will replace it for you on next order or pay you back.
