By using this system a highly functional cover is drawn over the compost heap including a three-ply membrane consisting of two high-class fabrics resistant against UV radiation and a water-tight and breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane safely protects the decomposition body against weather impacts and rainwater moistening. From the inside it keeps back odours, dust, germs and bacteria but is permeable for air and moisture.
Due to the special membrane properties of ncs molecular membrane
for effective control of odours and emissions, a biofilter system is not necessary.
A climate is generated under the membrane that is needed by micro-organisms to decompose organic wastes in high-class compost as fast as possible.

The decomposition processes in the windrow are optimally regulated by a controlled ventilation system. The corresponding temperature and oxygen data are recorded inside the windrow by the system's high-quality measuring probes. The probes are made of stainless steel, extremely robust and biochemically resistant.
High-quality cables establish the connection to the computer-controlled networking unit. There, modern software uses the data to decide and control how much oxygen needs to be added via the aeration system. The data obtained is also stored without the need to connect to a PC.

The micro pressure air supply system consists of a supply fan, a supply duct, and a computer control end. Lay micro positive pressure air supply pipes and allow for 24 hours of intermittent micro aeration. The interior of the heap is in a slightly positive pressure state, which can ensure uniform distribution of oxygen, sufficient contact between air and fermentation materials, and avoid the formation of anaerobic zones. The uniform fermentation effect is good.

The next step is to install the composting technology. The aeration technology, O2 probe and temperature and pressure sensors must be fitted to the appropriate locations and installed with the software.
6. Finalising the installation and commissioning
After a successful test run, the composting plant with membrane cover is ready for waste treatment.
7. Production of quality compost
