1. Working principle
The sand water separator is used in the grit chamber of the sewage treatment plant to separate the sand water mixture discharged from the grit chamber. The sand water mixed liquid is input into the water tank from the top of one end of the separator. The sand particles with medium and heavy weight in the mixed liquid will be deposited at the bottom of the groove due to gravity. Driven by the screw, the sand particles will rise along the inclined U-shaped groove bottom and continue to move for a certain distance after leaving the liquid level. After the sand particles are fully dehydrated, they will be discharged to the sand bucket through the sand discharge port; The water separated from the sand is discharged from the overflow port and sent to the inlet pool in the plant. The separation efficiency can reach 96% ~ 98%, and particles with particle size ≥ 0.2mm can be separated.
2, Description of main structure and material:
The machine is composed of organism, integrated reducer driving device, inclined sand discharge tank, wear-resistant nylon lining plate and shaftless screw. Generally, the installation angle of the equipment is optional between 20 ° ~ 30 °.
