Introduction:
This series of products is one kind of thermoset powder coating made of saturated carboxyl polyester resin and TGIC curing agent. It's designed especially for the outside building materials with excellent weather resistance.

Density: 1.2~1.8g/cm3( Ingredient and color demand)
Particle Size: Purpose demands, standard granularity is 20-45 um, <10um powder <8%, >
70um powder <20%.
Storage stability: Polyester/TGIC type should be stored below 35°C in a dry and well-ventilated place away from sources of heat, ignition, and direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioner room, in order to avoid dampness again, before using the powder, the powder should be kept at room temperature or at the same temperature as the spray equipment. Under such conditions, the powder can be stored stably for 12 months.
An extended, the retest will be required. If the testing result meets the requirement, the powder can still be used.
Note: For the low-temperature curing powder with a gloss below 40%
(60°), the better-stored temperature is below 30ºC.

sunlight, moisture, heat, and chemicals.Health and Safety :
All raw materials of powder coating do not contain toxic substances, also no toxic gases when baking. However, during the use, dust-breathing should be avoided and the operator should wear dust masks and minimize long-term skin contact with the powder coating. The coating adhered to the skin can be washed off with soap.
