The principle of VPSA oxygen production refers to the use of molecular sieves to selectively adsorb nitrogen in the air under normal temperature conditions to achieve gas separation.
The filtered air enters the adsorption tower under the delivery of the blower. When the air flows through the molecular sieve in the tower, the nitrogen diffuses into the molecular sieve solid under the adsorption force, and the oxygen reaches the upper pipe through the bed and enters the buffer tank. When the adsorbent reaches a certain saturation, tower A automatically switches the air into tower B, The adsorption saturated molecular sieve is decomposed and regenerated by vacuuming, Nitrogen from Nitrogen exhaust muffler outlet discharge. The oxygen in the buffer tank is pressurized by the oxygen compressor and output for the user.
