What’s your warranty policy?1. “7 days” policy: the product from the day that received by customer within 7 days, for factory failure the consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair.2. “15 days” policy: the product since the day sold within 15 days, the occurrence of factory failure the consumers can choose to replace or repair.3. “2 years” policy: within 2 years warranty period, for non-man-made damages we will provide repair solutions and necessary parts to solve the problem.4. “Perpetual” policy: after the 2-year warranty period, for damages we will analyze the cause and provide solutions. We can also help the customer to purchase spare parts for repair.Ⅱ.
