1、Polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC) plasticization modifier.
Liquid nitrile (LNBR) can replace DOP, DBP, DOA, DOS and solid plasticizers, powder nitrile rubber can also improve the cold resistance of PVC, heat resistance, light, aging performance, oil resistance, improve the resilience of products, impact resistance and surface molding effect of products, and can improve the migration of plasticizers in products. It can produce: electric wire, optical cable material, car dashboard. Car bumpers, plastic films, irrigation hoses, mining conveyor belts, shoe industry, brake pad industry.
2、Plasticizer
As liquid nitrile (LNBR) is compatible with other rubbers, it is not easily extracted by solvents in the rubber, so it can be used as a special plasticizer for non-extractability. When making printing rollers, using liquid nitrile rubber instead of black and white oil paste or dioctyl grease as a softening agent, can improve the processing performance of rubber rollers and products of strength, elongation and resilience, can also improve the use of rubber rollers and printing quality.
3、Adhesive
Liquid nitrile (LNER) has good oil resistance and adhesion, but also has good fluidity, can be made with phenolic resin, epoxy resin and other adhesives with strong adhesion, oil resistance, and greater flexibility, elasticity and improve the heat recession, in epoxy modification, improve the resin and metal fiber adhesion.
4、Coatings
Liquid nitrile (LNBR) can be used to manufacture low-temperature coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, electrical insulation coatings, water-soluble lines and electrophoretic coatings, and has the advantages of toughness, impact resistance, etc.
5、Application in solid rocket propellant
In solid rocket propellants, liquid nitrile (LNBR) is used as an adhesive.
