FUEL INJECTOR

Common rail injectors are widely used in a variety of diesel engines, especially in heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery and industrial equipment to improve combustion efficiency and reduce emissions. Its precise fuel injection control helps to improve engine power and thermal efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and emission pollution ‌, the working principle of the common rail injector is based on the control of the solenoid valve. When the solenoid valve is not triggered, the oil drain hole is closed, the pressure in the control chamber is raised, and the needle valve is forced into the seat to seal the high-pressure channel and the combustion chamber. When the solenoid valve is triggered, the oil drain hole opens, the pressure of the control chamber drops, the needle valve is opened, and the fuel is sprayed into the combustion chamber through the jet hole. This control method uses the liquid pressure amplification system to control the switch of the oil drain hole through the solenoid valve, so that the fuel is accurately injected into the cylinder for full combustion.

The fuel injector receives the injection pulse signal sent by the ECU, and accurately controls the fuel injection amount.

The spray characteristics of the injector include atomization particle size, oil spray distribution, oil beam direction, range anddiffusion cone Angle.
