Highly Integrated Electric Powertrain Unit Design

- The motor shaft and input shaft of gearbox designed as one shaft to improve NVH. - No spline, no backlash, no spline wear, no noise at torque reversal.- Eliminated spine and bearing between motor and gearbox to improve efficiency.- Optimized and improved shaft and system deformations and gear misalignment. - Fewer bearings and components with light weight and short axial length design.- Motor’s front cover and gearbox’s housing are merged into a single part.- Reduced mass and size and lower cost.- No assembly of motor and gearbox at customer site to avoid the process failures.
