The achievable technologies include: semi-continuous casting, bottom casting, suction casting, centrifugal casting, squeeze casting, continuous ingot drawing, etc., which can be combined with gas atomization powder making, directional solidification, zone melting purification, rapid quenching and rapid cooling, etc.
The company relies on suspension metallurgy technology to provide alloy material smelting services to the outside world. So far, it has melted thousands of heats for thousands of units. The melted materials are almost all metals and alloys that are not available or difficult to obtain through other material preparation methods.
At present, the company's smelting workshop has 10 cold crucible vacuum induction suspension melting equipment, which has alloy material melting capabilities in the specification range of 50g-50kg (calculated based on the density of molten steel), including a cold crucible vacuum induction ingot pulling equipment with an ingot diameter of 110 mm.
