MMF has established completed quality control system and obtained ISO9001:2008 approval in 2013. All filters have to go through standard mechanical test including: Burst test with 3.2MPa, Endurance test with 100 thousand time, Hydrostatic test with 1.2MPa. With multi-completed quality management and quality assurance system, MMF is pursuing 0% defective rate for every product.
MMF continues to strengthen R&D, the R&D team takes up more than 50% of staffs in all management departments. MMF has Korean expert team to research and develop water treatment technology. It was awarded as a high-tech enterprise in China in 2014, achieved a number of innovation patents. MMF continues to increase investment in equipment automation upgrade, keeping the same worker scale, it achieved 40% increasing on production scale in 2019, with bringing in automatic welding production line, welding visual identification system, automatic packaging system, automatic film winding machine, automatic cutting/cutting/folding machine, automatic post-processing robot system, etc. Right now, MMF filter production capacity has been more than 2.4 million/month and RO membrane element production capacity has been 650K/month.
