It is different with Standard POM sheet/plate.
Except POM's feature, it can be Anti Static.

Polyoxymethylene, commonly known as POM, it is a thermoplastic engineering plastics with high melting point and high
crystallinity, a yellowish or white crystalline polymer with smooth and dense surface. According to the chemical structure of molecular chain, it can be divided into polyformaldehyde copolymer and polyformaldehyde homopolymer.

Comparing the properties of polyformaldehyde copolymer with polyformaldehyde homopolymer, some properties of copolymer are superior to homopolymer such as low melting point, thermal stability, chemical resistance, liquidity, hydrolysis resistance, acid and alkali resistance, superior process ability. However, some properties of homopolymer are also better than copolymer including high crystallinity, creep resistance, lower thermal expansion, abrasion resistance, good mechanical strength, high rigidity and so on.

A:We accept the inspection by yourself or the third party inspect company,
including inspection of our factory,raw material,processing scene,and final products.
During the period of pandemic,Net-inspection on line can be accepted by us.

4.Q: Do you have your own certificate?
A:We have our own certificate of ROHS,and Contents test report,other certificate,inlcuding raw material and final products.
If it is neccessory,we would like to apply for the certificates under your company's name,when you place the volume orders.

5.Q: What is your MOQ?
A:Usually MOQ=100kg for every speicification.
but for your customized plastic parts ,especially processing parts by CNC, MOQ can be negociated.

6.Q: What about your delivery time?
A:for the standard specifications,usually delivery time=12-15 days, but for customized specifications,it will be extended 5-10 days.

7.Q: Do you accept the deal or negociation on line?
A:We would like to accept any types deal or negotiation on line.
we are good at ZOOM, Microsoft net meeting, and on line chatting tools.

8.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the quality controlling from the very beginningto the very end:
1) All raw material we used are environmental-friendly.
2) Skilful workers care every detail in handling the producing and packing processes.
3) Quality Control Department especially responsible for quality checking in each process.

9. Q: How can I get the samples?
A: We feel honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the sample and courier cost,and sample charge will be refund when you place the bulk orders.

10. Q: What about your payment?
A: TT/LC can be accepted. for our regular customers,we would like to supply credit payment.
For the volume order,LC is first option.
FCA,EXW,FOB,CIF can be accepted.
