Characteristics of POM materials:(1) POM is a crystalline plastic with a density of 1.42g/cm3. It has good rigidity and is commonly known as "saigang".(2) It has excellent properties such as fatigue resistance, creep resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, and impact resistance, and has a small friction coefficient and good self-lubricating properties.(3) POM is not easy to absorb moisture, with a water absorption rate of 0.22-0.25%. It has good dimensional stability in a humid environment, a shrinkage rate of 2.1% (large), and is difficult to control the size during injection molding. The heat deformation temperature is 172°C. There are two types of polyoxymethylene: homopolyoxymethylene and homopolyoxymethylene with different properties (homopolyoxymethylene has better temperature resistance).Application areas:POM raw materials have high strength and light weight.
